We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Custom Hub Zone. If you’re not 100% happy with a qualifying item, simply return it within 30 days in the original packaging for a full refund or credit of the product purchase price.

  • Personalized items may not be returned unless damaged or defective. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our customization on demand business, personalized items cannot be returned because they cannot be resold. Therefore, we are unable to refund or credit personalized clothing that was ordered in an incorrect size. Please be sure to use the “sizing chart” for all clothing orders.
  • Items should be returned in unopened or original condition, with a copy of the packing slip, to our Return Center. A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued using the original form of payment used. We will not issue refunds for items returned that have been used, or are classified as un-sellable.

Please include a copy of your packing slip with the items you are returning as well as your name, address, and order number. 

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Although we don’t anticipate any problems, sometimes things just happen. If something is not right, please contact us immediately. Our shop is founded on hard work, well-built products, and happy customers. If given the chance, we’d like to make it right. 

Please be sure to double check size and color to avoid a return.

Rush fees are NOT refundable.

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase was received and you have not contacted us, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund less a 25% restocking fee for the amount of the return. Please be sure to double check size and color to avoid a return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
